An English description of the definition (what distinguishes this sense of the term?).
A Household occupies a particular Dwelling, according to some tenure type. It is defined by this location, so that if the members move (even collectively), the new residence constitutes a new Household. Note that a Household, and likely many other classes may have different definitions in different contexts/applications. To address this we may be required to introduce specializations of the class (e.g. ILUTE_Household, TTS_Household) in future extensions.
